While I was sitting with my son, in the Neonatal unit, I heard the stories that so many of us never knew existed.. Mothers who were addicted to drugs, giving birth to these little angels of God, and leaving them in the hospital; never to return to see them. You see, they need to leave to get high, and that is all that matters.. it is no longer or never was about these little innocent babies, who are left to detox and crave what their mothers have put into their precious bodies. Our Ministry is here to make Blessing Blankets for Babies whos mothers and fathers are not there and they are left in the EOPC's at the Hopsitals, sometimes to die. We want these babies to have a blanket, whether it is "Superman, or Hello Kitty Or whoever the Character may be, to give them a feeling that they are a child of God, and they have been prayed over. The first step in this process is buying the fabrics for these little miracles, through fundraising garage sales, and however we can raise the funds for the fabric, batting and thread.. Then a group of Volunteers Will Pray over these blankets before they are delivered, or shipped to these babies. I know we can reach thousands of babies, who will look back when they are grown, and have their blanket, and know, that they are a Child Of God, and that their Purpose was Written for them, before anyone ever knew it..
